24/7 Emergency Chimney Service

Some chimney problems can't wait until Monday. Our line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Signs you need this

  • Smoke filling the room from the fireplace or stove
  • Bricks or the crown damaged or falling after a storm
  • An animal trapped in the flue or firebox
  • Any chimney fire, even one that went out on its own
  • Water pouring in around the chimney during a storm

What’s included

  • Round-the-clock phone line
  • Making the chimney and the area around it safe
  • Temporary protection against water and debris where needed
  • Level 2 inspection after a chimney fire before the chimney is used again

If there is fire or smoke, call 911 first

A loud roaring sound, dense smoke, or sparks and flames from the top of the chimney mean a chimney fire. Get everyone out and call 911. Call us once you’re safe.

What we handle after hours

We respond to storm damage to the crown or brick, water coming in around the chimney, animals trapped inside, smoke problems that make the fireplace unusable, and inspections after a chimney fire. When the full repair can’t be done right away, we make the situation safe and weathertight, then schedule the permanent fix.

Common questions

What should I do during a chimney fire?

Get everyone out of the house and call 911. Don't try to put it out from the roof. Once the fire department clears the house, call us. The chimney should not be used again until it has been inspected.

Is my chimney safe after a small chimney fire went out on its own?

Not necessarily. Even a brief chimney fire can crack tiles and damage the liner. NFPA 211 calls for a Level 2 inspection before using the chimney again.
